" When I decided to sell my lakefront home in July 2011, I contacted and interviewed four Lake County realtors who evaluated my home and suggested a list price. All of the realtors offered approximately the same range for home pricing, services, listing sites (online, MLS, etc.), and advertising media. Michael, however, distinguished himself from the others on several counts. I listed my home with him in mid-July. He exhibited extraordinary knowledge of the history and current situation in the housing market. He serves as the corporate vice president of ReMax Showcase. His entire support team, office staff and Real Estate Attorney, proved to be very professional, competent, and I enjoyed working with them. All provided excellent, prompt, friendly service.
